Salad Selections:
--Clifton Cobb: Grilled Chicken, Chopped Crisp Bacon, Diced Tomatoes, Cheddar Cheese, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Hard Boiled Egg on a Bed of Fresh Mixed Greens. Choice of Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing or Balsamic Vinaigrette

--Tried and True Caesar: Crisp Romaine Lettuce, Croutons and Parmesan Cheese, topped with Slices of Grilled Chicken Breast and served with Classic Caesar Dressing

--Southwestern Chicken: Grilled chicken breast sliced and served cold over a bed of romaine, chopped cilantro, corn, black beans, tomatoes, red onion, and bell peppers. Served with a side of Roasted Red Pepper Ranch

--Crispy Buffalo Chicken: Romaine Lettuce, red onion, red and green pepper, crispy chicken tossed in buffalo sauce. Served with fried tortilla strips and ranch dressing

--Asian Steak: Sesame and ginger marinated flank steak sliced and served cold over a bed of mixed greens with shredded carrots and edamame, garnished with crispy wonton noodles and baby corn. Served with a Thai Sesame vinaigrette

--Tortellini Pesto: Cheese Tortellini tossed with Genovese Pesto, tomatoes, scallions and broccoli florets. Presented on a bed of Baby Spinach with toasted pine nuts.

--Basil Tofu (Vegan): Tofu presented on a bed of assorted garden greens with a roasted vegetable medley. Drizzled with Red Pepper Hummus vinaigrette and a Basil Tofu Pesto dressing.

--Popeye’s Salad: Baby Spinach, Hard Boiled Egg, Red Onion, Chopped Bacon, Olive Oil and Herb Marinated Sun Dried Tomato. Served with a Balsamic Vinaigrette
