The Cortelyou Commons building at DePaul University is located at 2324 N. Fremont Ave. The building is located one]quarter block north of Belden Ave. at Fremont Ave. 900 W. The DePaul University Lincoln Park Student Center is located at 2250 N. Sheffield. The building is located one block south of West Fullerton Ave. at the corner of Belden & Sheffield Avenues. A 50% non]refundable deposit is required to hold a date.

Rental rates
For 6 hours of continual use of the facility for Receptions:
Cortelyou Commons $ 2500.00
Lincoln Park Student Center $ 3000.00

An additional fee is charged for the ceremony as well as for the rehearsal. The fee includes one hour additional time for the ceremony and one hour additional time on the evening prior to the ceremony.

Food & Beverage
DePaul Catering is the exclusive catering provider for DePaul University. For pricing and additional information please contact the Events Director at (773) 325-7499.

Parking
Parking arrangements can be made to utilize DePaul University's parking structure(s), at an additional cost.

Entertainment
Entertainment and equipment for private entertainers are the sole responsibility of the requesting group.

Insurance
DePaul University requires that all outside organizations provide a certificate of insurance, which names DePaul University as an additional insured for the date(s) of the event. The University reserves the right to cancel the use of its facilities if these requirements are not met.
